What we cannot help with

Saral Jankari is an independent information website, not a government office or a bank. We cannot help with individual applications, documents, accounts or payments. Please contact the relevant official office or service for those.

Please do not email your Aadhaar number, PAN, bank details or OTP. We will never ask you for them.
